Important Clinical Service Update

Updating Our Clinical Focus: Footwear & Orthotics Department

An update regarding diabetic footwear, inserts, and continuing orthotic care at Binson’s Medical Equipment & Supplies.

At Binson’s Medical Equipment & Supplies, our commitment has always been to provide exceptional clinical care, quality medical equipment, and dedicated support to our community. To best align our clinical resources, we are sharing an important update regarding our footwear and orthotics department.

Effective November 1, 2026

Binson’s will no longer be providing diabetic shoes or diabetic insoles/inserts. Starting November 1, 2026, Binson's will no longer accept new orders or fulfill repeat requests for diabetic-specific shoes and diabetic-classified insoles.

Non-Diabetic Orthotics & Products Continue as Normal

We want to assure our patients that all non-diabetic orthotics, custom foot orthotics, bracing, and general orthotic products will continue to be fully serviced as normal.

Our Team of Certified Orthotists & Fitters Remains Available to Assist You With:

  • Custom Non-Diabetic Foot Orthotics: Tailored inserts for alignment, plantar fasciitis, arch support, and general structural support.
  • Lower Extremity Bracing: Ankle Foot Orthoses (AFOs), Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (KAFOs), knee braces, and back braces.
  • Off-The-Shelf (OTS) Bracing & Soft Goods: Comprehensive bracing solutions for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and osteoarthritis support.

What This Means for Patients

Diabetic Footwear & Insert Patients

Starting November 1, 2026, Binson's will no longer accept new orders or fulfill repeat requests for diabetic-specific shoes and diabetic-classified insoles.

General Orthotics & Bracing Patients

Your care remains completely unchanged. You can continue to schedule appointments, routine adjustments, and order non-diabetic custom foot orthotics as usual.
