- A Return is only for merchandise that is unopened, unused or re-sellable (stockings, bras, wigs, prosthesis, wound care, blood glucose supplies, urological supplies, ostomy supplies, bath benches, raised toilet seats, commodes and custom items are not returnable)
- A monthly rental will apply to equipment returns.
