Binson’s Blue Plan: Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The extended coverage plan known as the Binson’s Blue Plan (the "Plan") is being offered by Binson's Hospital Supplies, Inc. d/b/a Binson’s Home Health Care Centers and Binson’s Medical Equipment and Supplies, Binson’s Medical Equipment, Inc. The Plan provides coverage for items we sell, which include but are not limited to lift chairs, motorized scooters, and power wheelchairs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Coverage
The Plan covers the elimination of delivery fees and loaner rental fees that are incurred as a direct result of necessary repairs performed on equipment bought from us within three (3) years following the date of purchase.
3. Exclusions
The Plan does not include any coverage for repair costs or to override any manufacturer warranty. Any cost related to the repairs of the equipment itself is not included in this Plan and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Non-transferability
The Plan is non-transferable. This means that if the ownership of the equipment changes, the new owner will not be able to benefit from the Plan.
5. Non-refundability
Once purchased, the Plan is non-refundable.
6. Claims
In the event of a claim, the purchaser must contact us directly. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to determine whether a claim is valid and if the conditions for the waiver of fees apply.
7. Plan Duration
The Plan is valid for a period of three (3) years starting from the date of equipment purchase. After this period, the Plan will no longer be in effect.
