  • We will communicate directly with your insurance provider or funding source regarding necessary documentation.

Step 2: Funding Approval

(This step is often the longest part of the journey. We are your advocate and will work diligently to get your order approved.)

We File Your Paperwork

(Est. Turnaround: 2 - 8 weeks)

  • We work to collect all the documents required by your insurance provider or funding source to obtain approval for your order.

We Await Insurance Approval

(Est. Turnaround: 2 - 8 weeks)

  • We submit all required documentation to your insurance provider.
  • Our team follows up with your funding source regularly and will keep you updated as soon as we receive approval.

Step 3: Purchase, Assembly & Delivery

We Place Your Order

(Est. Turnaround: 2 - 6 weeks)

  • Upon approval, all parts and components not already in stock are ordered and delivered to our location.
  • Once all components are received, we will contact you to schedule delivery.

We Schedule Your Delivery

(Est. Turnaround: 1 - 3 weeks)

  • Once we address any additional preparation for your order, we reach out to you to schedule delivery.
  • Please Note: If your order requires support from a therapist or a clinic setting, we will coordinate directly with them.
