In the new system, the cup form and shape will be designated by a number/letter code. Working with this
easy-to-understand system will also make fitting easier.
The new number/letter code is based on cup form and shape, the two most important aspects—apart
from size—when fitting a breast form.


How to work with the new number/letter code system


• Find the appropriate cup form: shallow(1), average(2)or full(3)
• Select the right shape: symmetrical(S), asymmetrical(A)or extra(E)

When fitting a breast form it is important to
get a clear picture of the woman’s individual
needs. Does her lifestyle or any physical aspects
make a specific breast form particularly beneficial?
Talk about her concerns and expectations and

Choosing the right breast form starts with
a properly-fitted, pocketed Amoena bra to help
determine breast shape and size. By taking into
account the woman’s body shape, surgery type
and lifestyle, a breast form from the appropriate

Light breast forms


Amoena lightweight breast forms weigh up to
a third less than traditional breast form of the
same shape, offering exceptional comfort.
They help to reduce tension in the neck and
shoulders, and are therefore particularly beneficial
for women with a large bust or who have been
diagnosed with lymphedema following their
breast surgery. They are also ideal to wear for
sports and swimming. All Amoena light versions
combine the advantages of the best fitting breast
form with lightweight comfort.

Styles# 653, 368 and 351 self-adhere to the body with
a skin-friendly pearl adhesive on the back of the form
and should be supported by a bra. The pearls enlarge
the adhesive area creating a secure bond. Tests have
shown that there are wide individual variations in the
length of time the adhesion lasts. For a long lasting
adherence of the Contact pearl surface, thorough daily

Amoena Balance is made from soft silicone developed exclusively by Amoena. Despite their softness,
these forms have a clearly defined shape and hug the body firmly and securely. Symmetry shapers are
worn inside the bra and are curved to match the body shape.
Depending on how much breast tissue must be compensated for, Balance symmetry shapers come in the
