Invacare is pleased to introduce an updated aerosol product
catalog that features our new family of aerosol compressors:
The Stratos™ Pro, Compact and Portable Desktop . The perform-
ance, reliability and value that providers and patients have come
to expect from Invacare’s current line of aerosol compressors,
nebulizers, and accessories is now available in the brand new
Stratos units.
The Stratos Portable Desktop Aerosol compressor/nebulizer
system is the latest in a long line of aerosol products to be intro-
duced by Invacare. This sleek new portable compressor offers
all of the desired features of a modern aerosol delivery device
in one compact package: performance, convenience, style,
simplicity and economy. Small enough to fit in the palm of your
hand, yet powerful enough to deliver a fast, effective aerosol
treatment, the new Stratos Portable unit is the ideal aerosol
compressor for those who desire mobility, expediency and
efficiency in their aerosol delivery device. The accessory
package that accompanies the Portable unit includes a high-
performance, custom reusable nebulizer with mouthpiece and
tubing, an AC power cord, a DC car adapter, and a convenient
carrying case. In addition, a custom battery pack for the Portable
unit is available as a separately purchased item.
The Stratos Compact and Pro aerosol compressors are high
quality tabletop piston compressors. Both the Compact and
Pro units are durable, stylish and economical – premium
products that are priced to fit the needs of the managed-care
market. Each unit comes with a 5-year limited warranty and
nebulizer parking post. The Stratos Pro also offers a hidden
storage area for the unit’s power cord. And, like the current
aerosol compressor offerings, both are packaged with a high-
performance disposable Salter Labs

nebulizer. With the launch
of the three Stratos units, providers and patients will now be able
