Diabetes is a condition that more than 100 million U.S. adults are living with today. That is a very large chunk of the population of our country and that's not counting the people that don't live here. Diabetes is a serious condition and is something that can be managed well if you only know how. Today we are going to be touching on just a few ways to keep your diabetes under your control and not let it rule your life.

Set a Goal:

This is important because it allows for you to lose weight if you potentially have found yourself overweight, or if not it allows for you to have something to strive for and a way to keep yourself accountable.

Move More:

Activity is important and can help you have a better quality of life, regardless of whether or not you have diabetes.

Track Your Progress:

Track Your Progress: This is simply a morale booster for some, and a method of accountability for others. By tracking your progress you are able to better understand what you may need to change in your diet or lifestyle, however it can also be something that you reference when you are doing something specifically well!
